About Me

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota and Michigan, and I feel grateful every day to do this work. I bring a calm, grounded presence to therapy—along with curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow and heal.

My approach is relational and attuned. I integrate insight-oriented work with nervous system–informed practices to support meaningful and sustainable change. I am currently in training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based trauma modality that helps clients gently process stress and trauma by increasing awareness of sensation, regulation, and internal safety. This work complements my focus on grief, relational stressors, family-of-origin dynamics, and infertility and postpartum adjustment, particularly when experiences feel “stuck” beyond words.

Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and gently challenged in our sessions. I strive to offer honest reflections with care and to create a space where your full self is welcome—including the parts that feel tender, uncertain, or hard to name.

Outside of my practice, I love to read, cook for people I care about (and be cooked for), and spend time with close friends. I’m also drawn to creative, tactile hobbies—pottery, knitting, and crochet offer me a meditative rhythm after full days of listening.

I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you in this season of your life.
