INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Space to Explore, Room to Grow
In individual therapy, you’re invited to show up just as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling heavy, confusing, or out of sync—and uncover the patterns and possibilities that shape your story. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, identity shifts, or something unnamed, our sessions can be a space of curiosity, grounding, and growth. I tailor my approach to fit your needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your pace and wisdom.

FAMILY OR COUPLES THERAPY

Making Room for Each Voice
Relationships can bring joy, pain, and complexity—often all at once. In couples or family therapy, I support you in slowing down, finding clarity, and listening in new ways. Our work might focus on improving communication, repairing trust, navigating transitions, or simply understanding one another more fully. My goal is to hold a steady space where each person feels heard and where small shifts can lead to meaningful connection.

BIBLIOTHERAPY GROUPS

Healing Through Story & Shared Reflection
In these small groups, we explore powerful texts—such as Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl—as a lens for our own experiences. Guided discussion, reflective prompts, and creative exercises offer a unique way to connect with others and deepen your personal insight. Bibliotherapy groups are ideal for those who find resonance in words, metaphors, and an opportunity to make meaning of life circumstances with others. No prior experience with therapy or book groups is necessary—just a willingness to come with an open mind and heart.
